Mitch Coles built MCRE from direct market experience — not from a franchise model and not from a coaching framework. Over time, he acquired distressed assets, executed renovations, structured wholesale transactions, deployed private capital, and built relationships with investors, operators, and strategic partners across multiple markets. That work shaped the way MCRE operates today.

Headquartered in Charlotte and Philadelphia, MCRE works across a broad range of real estate strategy — including acquisitions, fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, wholesaling, private lending, and investor education. That range is intentional. It allows the platform to serve both a seller who needs a clear exit and an experienced investor seeking deal flow, capital alignment, or strategic support.
